• Stop Disconnecting • Start Connecting 365

    Thursday, July 13, 2017..With all the distractions available to us today, it is so easy to become disconnected.  Disconnected from family, friends, the world and most importantly ourselves.  Between the consistent stimulation from technology, social media and just being a part of a society that never shuts off. It’s very easy to be tuned into something external all the time, making it easy for us to escape from reality.  Over time, we lose that connection with ourselves and others, desensitizing our awareness, maybe it’s from our troubles but often times from our feelings. When you disconnect from the bad stuff you also disconnect from the good stuff.  Take some planned and conscious time to connect with yourself and others each day to maintain a healthy level of self connection. ~Priya
