• Stop Repeating Old Patterns • Start Creating New Habits 365

    Tuesday, July 18, 2017…Old patterns are comfy and familiar leading us to feel safe, which is usually why we hang onto them. As Einstein said, “doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result is the definition of insanity”. In order to move forward, you have to start letting go of old patterns and start creating new habits.  Start with something small like getting out of bed on the other side, or take a new route home from work.  By making small changes you begin to signal your brain that it needs to wait for some instructions instead of running the same automatic patterns. ~Priya
