Friday, July 7, 2017…Have you ever been with that person that is trying so hard to be heard, they are missing out on the value of what is being said to them. Have you ever been that person? Come on, I’ll admit it, if you do. People who listen more than they speak tend to be more effective communicators. The more you listen, the more you hear, the more you understand and the better your response will be.
